How can we improve our own workplace or a client's mental wellness during difficult times and long periods of uncertainty? How do we best approach or assist a client showing signs of anxiety, depression, or financial stress? Counting on U - Mental Health First Aid raises awareness, facilitates positive interactions, and the course provides an action plan - a toolkit to help us approach others in our workplace or business environments. I feel incredibly privileged to put my hand up and say 'I care and can help someone begin to feel differently about their current situation' and do so with integrity and respect. Collaborative, challenging and self-reflective (with reminders to check in with our own mental wellness), I feel a real shift in learning the skills to make a difference, how we can positively impact and improve the emotional well-being of others - whilst working within our professional roles and trusted relationships with people and their business.
