Tina Winchester

Tina is the co-founder and Mental Health Director at Mentally Well Workplaces and is a Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor. With more than 28 years experience working in mental health services, in both the UK and Australia, Tina worked in both inpatient and community services, leading modernisation projects affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Health and held the role of Assistant Mental Health Commissioner. More recently, Tina has co-authored the online Workplace Mental Health Induction course and is the trainer coordinator for one of Australia's largest online MHFA programs, known as Counting on U. Tina holds qualifications in the following: ‘Principal Master’ Mental Health First Aid Instructor Upskill to deliver MHFA for NSSI Certificate Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice Diploma of Counselling Cert IV in Training and Assessment PRINCE2 Practitioner – Project Management Postgraduate Diploma in Management Postgraduate Certificate in Management National Certificate in Public Administration – Business and Finance

Tina is the co-founder of Mentally Well Workplaces providing easily accessible mental health training reaching employers and employers across Australia and the world. Mentally Well Workplaces are working with Deakin University to deliver the Counting on U Program. MWW are the authors of the Relationship Building session and has a team of instructors delivering Mental Health First Aid for Financial Professionals to over 5000 accountants and other business advisors through the duration of the program.
