Not everyone wants a $1 million practice and that’s totally OK in my book.

I’m passionate about empowering practice owners to do practice and life their way. It’s all about CHOICE and I help practice achieve their vision irrespective of their turnover goals.

In this session, we are going to hear from practice owners who have made a personal, conscious and strategic choice to be small and two practice owners whose practice journey was similar to mine, who scaled up and then chose to scale back.

These practice owners continue to experience growth but not in the traditional way.

They innovate, they embrace new ways and technology, they may even have small teams but most of all they are loving their practice and personal life and wouldn’t have it any other way. They have most definitely found their “sweet spot” and work hard to maintain and protect that.
